I would love to read these, Valerie! Thank you so much for sharing your discovery of them with all of us!

Thanks, Katy! During the time that I first met you, I was reading Harry Potter for the first time. Sometimes during breaks I hid out in the Library of Congress stairwell so I could read in peace for a few minutes! Good times!

Hi Valerie, I really enjoyed your blog post. I work in a children's literature archive in the UK and I am currently working on the Pamela Whitlock collection, which was deposited with Seven Stories, the National Centre for Children's Books, based in the north of England.

I'm really glad to see her work being read in the U.S.

Best wishes to you and your family in these strange times!

My primary camera is a Canon EOS Digital Rebel T5 with a Sigma DC 18-200mm lens (1:3.5-6.3) or Canon EFS 18-55mm lens. On occasion I also use my iPhone 6. For crisper images (when I'm not in a hurry to grab the shot), I use a Dolica Proline B100 tripod. I often tweak my images using Adobe Photoshop Elements 8.
