Howdy!
I just wanted to let regular JourneyLeaf readers know that the blog may not be as regular over the summer. We are currently living in a rental house but have a permanent home under contract. (Insert happy dance here!) We passed the negotiation and house inspection stages. Barring anything unforeseen, we will close at the end of next month and will be moving during July. That sounds well mapped out, yet in three weeks Eli will be out of school and Brian has many summer work events that will take him out of town. We've got a lot of painting, research, and planning to do to make the house ready. Oh. And there's also a book draft to get back to my new editor. Blogging is my joy and my creative outlet, however, so I will be posting as I can.
